As Tom’s
Mentor
leads him into his commercial lessons, Tom must face a new challenge for
every belt. He must take the information revealed by John and come up with
a new strategy rooted in the Private world of Commerce.
In earning his
Orange
belt,
Tom creates methods of protecting his domestic earnings, removing the
presumption of unity – JOINDER, separating taxes between the STRAWMAN
and himself, and filing null returns. He learns about agreements for hire
and compensation and how they can be used to reduce taxable earnings. Tom
develops strategies to protect and copyright names, developing private
contracts in dealing with threats.
In attaining his Green
Belt,
Tom focuses on protecting property and international affairs. He cleverly
develops ways of reducing international taxes using Delaware LLC’s for
protection, and sets up 3rd Party domestic asset protection. Tom learns
about using Financing Statements and UCC for liens and why the use of
International Natural Corporations are one of the last bastions of asset
and revenue protection.
As a Blue belt, Tom understands he is the real
creditor, not the Strawman. Through the use of Self executing private
contracts, he learns how protect his rights. Using the Bills of Exchange
Acts in “accepting for value” and “conditional acceptance for
value”, he learns the power of dealing in the private world, and
dissolving/reversing threats against him. Tom then learns about the secret
closed bank account that holds the equity banks took from him and used
fraudulently to their benefit. He develops ways to challenge the fraud. He
learns about the secret redemption account.
To attain his Brown Belt, he develops ways to access the
secret STRAWMAN account. He learns how to create “Money” using a
Financial Instrument, reversing the liability via the Bills of Exchange
Act and becoming Sovereign. In the final attainment, Tom earns his Black belt as he ascends to Master. Creating a Private natural
human plan, learning how to utilize different jurisdictions to suit him,
he develops a con-conflictive approach, using constructive, not
destructive tactics for planning, privatizing and protection. In his final
attainment, Tom brings a spiritual component into play, eliminating FEAR
and ANGER.
